Doctor Freund Carl Joseph Freund, MD
Dr. Freund is the senior partner in our practice with over 40 years of Internal Medicine clinical experience in the office, the hospital and many nursing facilities.

Dr. Freund received his medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School, Chicago, Illinois in 1956.  His Internship was at Chicago Wesley Memorial Hospital, Chicago, Illinois in 1956-1957.  He went on to finish a Fellowship in Medicine at Northwestern University Medical School in 1957-1958 and finally Residency in Medicine at Chicago Wesley Memorial Hospital, Chicago, Illinois 1958-1960.

Prior to medical school, Dr. Freund was a Rector Scholar at DePauw University, Greencastle, Indiana 1948-1952 and graduated with a Bachelor-of-science degree in 1952.

Dr. Freund served his country in the Military as Lt. Commander, U.S. Naval Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida between 1960-1962.

Doctor Kaczar Philip C. Kaczar, MD
Dr. Kaczar received his medical degree from Loyola Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois.
He Graduated Alpha Omega Alpha in 1995 and his Internship and residency were completed at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.

Dr. Kaczar has been Board certified in Internal Medicine since completing his postgraduate training in 1998 and is currently serving as medical director of several skilled nursing facilities and Corner Stone Hospice.

Prior to attending medical school, Dr. Kaczar obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry at Arizona State University.
